 1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies to:

• Digital Content: Live/Recorded Courses, Test Series, Mock Exams, and Subscriptions.
• Physical Goods: Navodaya Kits, Theory Books, and Model Papers.

 2. Exceptions (When Refunds Apply)

  Refunds or replacements are granted only under the following specific conditions:

For Digital Products:

• Duplicate Payment: Accidental double charges for the same course.
• Technical Failure: Verified system errors on our end that prevent access to content.
• Course Cancellation: If Gyan Bharat cancels a scheduled program.

For Physical Products:

• Damaged/Defective: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for a replacement.
• Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from your order.
• Lost in Transit: Confirmed loss by our courier partner (eligible for reshipment or store credit).

 3. Delivery & Support
